Together with my fellow Nolteños, a marketing website was designed for a pet insurance company located in CA.

The goal was to modernize, diversify and offer a better user experience when using the site to attract more customers and gives them the trust to get their services.

The project process was first to carry out a market and strategy analysis in order to reach our users.

Three types of user person were detected, a user journey was created to know how the user would reach our product and to devise new opportunities to offer.
