The idea was to create an e-commerce page for a vintage clothing store located in the North Roma area of Mexico City. The name of the store is Back to Life.

Using the design thinking methodology, in the first phase of empathizing, an investigation was carried out with the client, in the store, to know their needs, why they needed e-commerce? how the brand was described?, what they sought to build and retribute? which was the experience inside the store?, where it was located?, and knowing and defining the type of user who frequented it the most.

Note: This project was carried out only until the medium quality wireframe phase since the client did not have a budget to obtain the final product.
For research, I went to the store to talk to the customer and find out that the brand describes itself as a store that uses very old second-hand unique products, that each product has a story to tell, and all its materials are biodegradable.
I also noticed that the area where the store was located was an area with various types of highly frequented stores. The experience inside the store was pleasant with retro music, use of ecological packaging, impeccable order of products by textures and colors, friendly customer service, the user spent a lot of time inside the store, all this information helped me find what they were their needs and define the user persona.
Reasearch
In the second phase of the design thinking methodology, in the phase of define, I create the user journey to know-how will be the behavior of the user before, during, and after using the product,  this will help me to understand what are the feelings that the user is facing and the opportunities I can add for improving the product. Also, I create a benchmark to know and understand how the competency is positioned and worked.
Methods
In the third phase,  the idea, I visualize the points I need to solve, and I create a site map to know which categories work best and order how the page will work. With a card sorting method, I test whether the position of the categories was efficient and useful. And to finish I create a user flow to guide and understand how the user flow will be within the page.
Context
In the fourth phase, the prototype, I create low and med- wireframes, tasted with a card-sorting method too, where I discover that the user flow was correct, the language was functional and understandable, and I found some issues in the materials that I resolved creating a filter option. I add a thanks pup up as proof of identity to the brand.
If I had completed this project, the last phase would be to create the high-quality wireframe and do the usability testing.
